Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in billing and planning engineering.
Solid knowledge of billing and planning principles and practices.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
