About the Role

Growth Intern - As a Growth Intern, you will support growth and go-to-market initiatives through business analysis, basic performance marketing support, and AI-led presentation creation. You will help analyses outreach strategies, create clear and structured presentations using AI tools, and assist with business research and insights.

Internship duration: 3 months

Stipend: 12k-15k per month

Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode : On - Site || Full - Time

5 working Days; weekends off (except 1st saturday -WFH)

PPO Opportunity Only - Apply only if you are open to a full time role upon successful completion of the internship.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:
Support business research, growth analysis, and strategy development.
Research markets, industries, competitors, and target customers to gather actionable insights.
Create structured and impactful presentations, strategy decks, summaries, and reports.
Use PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel to present data, insights, and recommendations effectively.
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, including AI integrations with Canva, to enhance research, content creation, and presentation development.
Assist the team in documenting findings, insights, and learnings.




Explore and apply current tools and frameworks related to business and growth.

What We Need

Education:
A final- or pre-final-year student pursuing an undergraduate degree, or a graduate/postgraduate fresher seeking growth-oriented opportunities.
Background in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Management, or related fields.

Skills & Attributes:
Robust research and analytical skills, with the ability to convert information into structured insights and presentations.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and MS Excel, including slide design, visual storytelling, data presentation, and basic Excel formulas.
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for research, content creation, and deck development.
Valuable communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present information clearly.
Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, collaborate with different teams, and accept feedback.

Nice to Have:
Basic understanding of performance marketing and growth strategies.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and integrations.
Interest in business strategy, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
