We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager - Technology & Consulting to lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities for technology and consulting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing recruitment teams, partnering with business leaders, and delivering high-quality talent within agreed timelines.

Role & responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within Technology, IT, Consulting, or Qualified Services sectors.
Proven experience leading recruitment teams and managing hiring delivery.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Experience in workforce planning, talent mapping, and recruitment strategy.
Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics.




Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid experience in Technology and Consulting recruitment with expertise in sourcing and hiring niche talent.
Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and deliver hiring targets within timelines.
Skilled in stakeholder management, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy.
Robust knowledge of talent sourcing, talent mapping, and executive search techniques.
Experienced in recruitment analytics, KPI tracking, and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to build talent pipelines and drive continuous recruitment process improvements.
