Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership for construction execution across multiple projects.
Own project planning, execution, timelines, cost, quality, safety and final handover.
Lead Project Heads, construction teams, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, critical paths, budgets, resources and execution risks.
Drive contractor and vendor management, commercial control and productivity.
Ensure projects are executed as per approved designs, specifications and quality standards.
Ensure adherence to statutory, safety and compliance requirements.
Identify project bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
Establish construction processes, reporting systems and performance benchmarks.
Work closely with promoters and senior leadership on project strategy and key decisions.




Lead and mentor large construction teams across multiple projects.

Ideal Candidate
20+ years of overall experience with significant senior leadership exposure.
Strong background in large-scale real estate developers(Preferred), infrastructure or property development.
Should have handled multiple projects simultaneously and large construction teams.
Solid experience in end-to-end project execution from planning through completion/handover.
Solid understanding of project planning, cost, quality, safety, contractor management and execution.
Should be comfortable interacting directly with promoters and senior management.
Robust leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
