Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our Bengaluru team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, explaining our courses, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Counsel students about courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain lead records and update the CRM or tracking sheet.
Build positive relationships with students and address their queries.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Knowledge of Kannada will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Candidates with experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, telecalling, or admissions counselling will be preferred.
