Hands on experience with scan insertion and DFT implementation.
Expertise in SSN architecture.
Experience in debugging DFT and ATPG violations.
Familiarity with industry tools such as Synopsys DFT Compile, Synopsys Tessent or similar tools.
Understanding of Scan compression.
