Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Virtual Relationship Manager – Mutual Funds. The role involves engaging with customers through digital and telephonic channels to understand their investment needs and recommend suitable mutual fund products.

The Virtual Relationship

Manager will maintain and grow client portfolios, provide regular updates and performance reviews, and support clients with transaction-related queries.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution of investments, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role also requires proactive follow-ups, identifying cross‑selling opportunities, and contributing to customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications
Solid knowledge of mutual funds, basic financial markets, and investment concepts.




Proficiency in customer relationship management through phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly.
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online investment platforms.
Ability to work in a structured in office environment in Bengaluru, with solid time management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications in mutual funds or investment advisory are an advantage.
Previous experience in financial services, mutual funds sales, or customer support in investment products is beneficial.
