About the Role

VEERAN CUP is looking for a motivated Football Recruitment Executive to recruit young football players for our international youth exposure programs and football tournaments.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit talented young football players.
Build relationships with football academies, coaches, schools and parents.
Promote international football exposure programs in destinations such as Spain, Thailand and Malaysia.
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and field visits.
Counsel parents about program details, fees and international opportunities.
Coordinate player trials, assessments, registrations and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly recruitment and enrolment targets.




Maintain player databases and submit regular progress reports.

Requirements
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in football and youth sports development.
Sales, marketing or business development experience preferred.
Ability to communicate confidently with parents and academy owners.
Willingness to travel for academy visits and recruitment activities.
Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
