As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a highly ambitious and commercially driven Vice President – Sales to lead our sales organisation and accelerate expansion across our businesses.

The Chance

This is a senior leadership role for a high-energy,



growth-oriented sales leader who has a proven ability to build teams, create scalable sales processes and consistently deliver ambitious revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in B2B sales and/or franchise sales, combined with the leadership capability to manage multiple sales verticals across a growing organisation.

You will work closely with the promoters and senior management of Jalsa Ventures and take ownership of the group's overall sales strategy, execution and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall sales strategy and revenue growth for Jalsa Ventures and its portfolio companies.
Own and deliver ambitious monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Lead and scale sales across franchise sales, B2B partnerships, institutional sales and other revenue channels.
Build, mentor and manage high-performing sales teams, including senior managers and business development teams.
