Role
Overview

We are looking for a Junior
HR Executive who can support both recruitment and day-to-day HR
operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized,
people-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple HR responsibilities in a
rapid-paced work workplace.

This is purely a contractual
position, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based
on business requirements, and management's decision.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent
Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
for assigned positions.

• Understand job requirements and
coordinate with hiring managers.

• Source candidates through job portals,
skilled networks, referrals, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial
candidate interactions.





• Schedule and coordinate interviews with
candidates and management.

• Maintain candidate databases and
recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the
recruitment process.

• Support offer rollout, documentation,
and joining formalities.

HR Operations

• Maintain and update employee records and
HR documentation.

• Manage employee onboarding and induction
processes.

• Assist with attendance, leave, and
employee records.

• Coordinate routine HR administrative
activities.

• Support preparation and maintenance of
HR reports and trackers.

• Assist in employee engagement and
internal HR initiatives.

• Coordinate with employees and management
on routine HR-related matters.

• Ensure proper documentation of HR
processes and employee information.

• Provide general administrative support
to the HR function as required.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, Business
