Agarwal Estates is looking for a proactive and target-driven Rental Team Manager to lead the rental team, drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance.
Achieve monthly rental business and revenue targets.
Manage leads, follow-ups, property visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Build solid relationships with property owners and tenants.
Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain updated property listings on CRM, 99acres, and MagicBricks.
Monitor team productivity, conversion rates, and brokerage collections.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.

Requirements:
Experience managing at least 5 direct reportees.
Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented with a focus on business growth.
Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for property visits and client meetings.
Real estate rental or leasing experience is preferred.
Candidates from sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries are welcome.
Knowledge of Kannada and having a two-wheeler are an advantage.
