Role & responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
Ensure treated water meets Pollution Control Board (PCB) norms and environmental standards.
Ensure proper chemical dosing and optimize plant performance.
Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance of ETP equipment.
Lead and supervise ETP operators and maintenance staff.
Maintain statutory records and prepare reports for audits and inspections.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operation.
Ensure protected disposal of sludge and other ETP waste.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with environmental regulations.
