Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the entire outbound process, from order fulfillment to dispatch.
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely and accurate delivery of products.
Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the outbound process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in outbound operations, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
Robust knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and Excel.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and organizational skills.
Experience in managing and leading a team of professionals.
Skills: Outbound Operations, Order Fulfilment, Picking, Packing, Invoicing, Dispatch, WMS/ERP, Excel.
