Planish Event Planning & Design is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Business Operations to oversee the company's overall business operations, manage departmental performance, and ensure smooth and productive functioning of the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership, business management, financial planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage daily operations, lead teams, improve productivity, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities• Oversee and manage the company's overall day-to-day business operations.
• Supervise and coordinate Sales, Operations, Production, Creative, Marketing, Accounts, and Administration departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor sales performance, business targets, client enquiries, and booking conversions.
• Ensure effective planning, coordination, and timely execution of events and projects.
• Monitor operational budgets, project costing, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.




• Lead, guide, and evaluate department heads and employees to ensure productivity and accountability.
• Improve internal workflows, communication, and coordination between departments.
• Maintain quality standards, client satisfaction, and qualified service delivery.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct regular management meetings and performance reviews.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and business performance reports to the Managing Director.
• Support business expansion, revenue growth, and overall organizational development.

Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in business operations or general management, including leadership experience.
