Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled 4+ years experienced RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, effective RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows).
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.




• hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts and the automation lifecycle.
• Experience with:
• Power Platform (Power Apps and Power BI ar ne a plus)
• REST APIs and web services
• SQL / Dataverse
• JSON, XML
• Knowledge of scripting (Python / JavaScript / .NET is a plus).
• Experience with version control systems (Git preferred).
• Understanding of security, governance, and compliance in automation.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
