Key Responsibilit
ies:
Lead complete design and engineering activities for HEPV products.
Review and approve engineering drawings, 3D models, BOMs, etc.
Establish design standards, engineering procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with applicable national and international standards.
Manage customer and project coordination.
Support customer audits, internal audits, and quality investigations.
Skill Requirements:
Team leadership and development.
Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM tools, engineering documentation, and product development processes.
Proficiency in ERP and Product Lifecycle Management systems.
Strategic thinking and solid decision-making abilities.
