Sales & Registration Executive

The Sales & Registration Executive will manage enquiries from prospective parents, convert leads into registrations, coordinate trial sessions and ensure a smooth enrolment experience. The role involves regular calls and follow-ups, centre coordination and accurate record-keeping on our CRM. The ideal candidate is a solid communicator, customer-focused and driven to meet enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales
• Call and message prospective parents to understand their needs and introduce CFCI's football programmes.
• Manage leads from campaigns, website enquiries, referrals and school partnerships.
• Explain programmes, centres, batch timings, fees and registration steps.
• Follow up consistently, handle objections and convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Keep a healthy pipeline where every active lead has a transparent next action.
Trial Session Coordination
• Schedule trials at suitable centres and batches in coordination with coaches.
• Share trial details with parents and follow up afterwards to drive conversions.




• Record trial bookings, attendance and outcomes.
Registration & CRM Management
• Collect and verify player and parent details, and create and update profiles and batch allocations in Pre Surge.
• Log lead status, communication history, trial outcomes and follow-up dates accurately.
• Resolve incomplete registrations, duplicates and data discrepancies.
• Hand over registered players to the Fee Collection Team smoothly.
Centre Coordination & Enrolment Growth
• Own assigned centres, knowing their schedules, capacity and enrolment needs.
• Work with coaches and operations on batch allocation and improving occupancy.
• Support on-ground enrolment activities and centre visits as required.
• Share recurring parent feedback and operational issues with management.
Parent Relationship Management
• Communicate promptly and professionally, providing accurate information on programmes, fees an
