Polite Society is looking for a fashion designer to join our founder-led design team. Working closely with the design and sampling team, you’ll take ideas from initial concept to the final sample, ensuring high quality, fit and finish.

We’re looking for someone with solid creative thinking, an understanding of the global fashion market, and a sharp eye for garment construction, fit and finish. Someone who can balance creative exploration with technical precision and product relevance.

Qualifications
• 4–5 years of experience working with luxury or designer fashion brands.
• Robust understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrics and finishing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with the founder and sampling team.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into commercially relevant, well-executed products.
• Solid attention to detail and a hands-on approach to sampling and product development.
• Awareness of global fashion trends, emerging designers and evolving consumer preferences.
