Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.



This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow NAAYA STUDIO’s presence among architects, interior designers, developers, and luxury property stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and nurturing current business opportunities, managing client relationships from inquiry to commission, and coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure accurate project scoping and timely delivery. The role also involves planning and implementing marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and offline brand communication, handling presentations and proposals, and maintaining a structured pipeline and reporting of sales activities. The Sales Marketing Manager will represent the studio at industry events and meetings, ensuring that the brand’s values and aesthetic are consistently communicated.
