About the Role

We are looking for confident, articulate and business-oriented professionals to drive new business opportunities, build client relationships and support business growth at Big Box International Pvt. Ltd.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a polished professional presence, strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to interact with clients and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients, generate business opportunities and develop new client relationships.
Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Conduct client meetings, business presentations and networking activities.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams on suitable proposals and solutions.
Build professional networks, follow up on business leads and drive opportunities towards closure.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and business visits, including occasional outstation travel.
Take initiative and contribute to business development and growth.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, client servicing, corporate relations, relationship management or similar.




Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
Confident, articulate and qualified, with strong interpersonal and presentable presence.
Proactive, commercially aware and comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships.
Solid coordination, follow-up and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business requirements.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from service-based industries, marketing, business development, client relations and hospitality (hotel management) are encouraged to apply.

Experience in sales, marketing, corporate relations, guest relations, events or business development within a five-star hotel will be an advantage. Candidates from any department of a five-star hotel may also be considered if they demonstrate excellent communication, confidence and suitability for a client-facing business role.

Location & Relocation – Key
Mandatory Requirement - Candidates must be currently based in Kolkata or have previously lived in Kolkata. Applicants currently based elsewhere in India may also apply if they have a genuine Kolkata connection.
Relocation to Gurugram is mandatory, as this is a full-time, on-site position.
