As a Senior Associate - Strategy Consulting - Corporate Deals Technology you will support clients navigating mergers, divestitures, carve-outs, and integration efforts by shaping technology strategies, evaluating settings, and developing execution plans that align with transaction goals. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client relationships,



guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to interpret feedback, identify issues, and deliver work that aligns with the broader objectives of the engagement. In this role at PwC, you will contribute within our Deals practice, with a focus on deal integration and value realization, by conducting financial analysis, supporting post-merger integration planning, and helping clients capture value from technology-driven transaction activities.
