Job Description
Strategist - Sleep & Respiratory Care (S&RC;), will drive strategic growth across the Sleep & Respiratory Care portfolio by identifying new market opportunities, shaping business strategies, and bringing innovative solutions to market.
Your role:
Market chance assessment
• Identify and develop growth prospects across sleep and respiratory care segments, including new business models, market adjacencies, monetization strategies, and portfolio expansion opportunities.
• Analyzes market trends, competition, and segment technologies at an enterprise level to ensure the portfolio meets market needs and expectations, while developing and maintaining customer segmentation requirements based on global market insights and supported by Market Intelligence.
Cross-segment growth initiatives and commercial strategy
• Lead cross-segment growth initiatives and commercial strategy, aligning portfolio plans with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle,
including roadmap development, business cases, value propositions, launch readiness, and commercial success, ensuring financial viability and on-time delivery.
• Develop and execute product and claims strategies by leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, regulatory requirements, customer needs, and KOL partnerships.
• Drive recent product development and launches in collaboration with Innovation, R&D;, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and external partners, ensuring strong market adoption and differentiation.
• Accountable for business case realization, commercial performance, technical simplicity, and development of clinical, economic, and technical claims roadmaps.
• Support regional marketing and sales teams as a subject matter expert through strategic guidance, training, and go-to-market enablement.
• Optimize product profitability and market penetration through collaboration with regional centres
