Job Description

PineqLab is looking for a confident and result-oriented US IT Recruiter responsible for connecting with US IT professionals, explaining PineqLab’s career/placement programs, converting qualified candidates into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US IT candidates and generate qualified leads.
Communicate with US-based IT specialists and understand their career requirements.
Explain PineqLab’s programs, services, and enrolment process clearly and professionally.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into paid enrolments.
Maintain candidate records, follow-ups, and daily calling/enrolment reports.
Achieve assigned calling, conversion, and revenue targets.
Build solid relationships with candidates throughout the enrolment process.

Requirements




1–2 years of experience in cold calling, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.
Prior experience in US IT staffing/recruitment is preferred and strongly valued.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
Comfortable communicating with US-based candidates over calls.
Solid convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Excel.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on enrolments or conversions.
Must be comfortable working night shifts.
Must be willing to work onsite from the Noida office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
