Role Summary

Responsible for driving talent branding, internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives , including social media content, employee campaigns and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities




Drive talent/employer branding initiatives and social media content.
Manage internal HR communications through email, Viva Engage, newsletters and other channels.
Create engaging content around employee stories, culture, events and HR initiatives.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and corporate events.
Emcee/host town halls and employee events – mandatory.
Coordinate with HR, Recruitment and business stakeholders.
Track communication/engagement reach and campaign effectiveness.
Bring creative ideas and leverage digital/AI tools for content and communication.

Must Have
5–7 years in Talent Branding / Employer Branding / Internal Communications / Employee Engagement
Robust written and verbal communication
Excellent public speaking & Emcee skills – mandatory
Social media/content creation experience
Event management experience
Creative and proactive approach
Robust stakeholder coordination skills
Canva/digital content tools exposure
