Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage complete books of accounts for the promoter's individual accounts and 6–7 group entities.
Maintain accounts from daily transactions through Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Finalize accounts, perform ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances and timely filings.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
Monitor the promoter's personal wealth, investments, savings, cash flows, and taxation.
Ensure effective tax planning and compliance for both individual and group entities.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis for management.
Maintain complete confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Support management with financial reports and other accounting-related assignments as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:
CA / CMA preferred.



B.Com or M.Com with strong hands-on accounting experience may also be considered.
8–15 years of experience in independently managing complete accounts for multiple entities.
Robust knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliances, and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP/accounting software.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
High integrity, analytical mindset, robust attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
