Arrange and maintain the godown in a clean, organized, and systematic manner.
Perform regular stock verification and maintain accurate inventory records.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and verify quantities.
Assist the purchase team by coordinating with suppliers and following up on orders.
Support billing activities by preparing and verifying invoices before processing.
Verify purchase and sales invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Pack products securely for dispatch according to company standards.
Arrange courier services, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate timely dispatch of materials.
Track dispatched consignments and maintain courier records.
Update stock movement, inward, and outward registers on a daily basis.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned department.
Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety procedures.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
