Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and convert prospective delegates for flagship education events through outbound outreach and inbound leads.
Manage delegate sales pipelines using CRM tools and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
Present event value propositions to specialists, institutions, and organisations across geographies.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly delegate registration targets.
Coordinate with the events operations team on delegate onboarding, communications, and pre-event logistics.
Handle delegate queries, objections, and escalations professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat engagement.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and weekly pipeline reports for the sales leadership team.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
