Crew Member – McDonald’s | Job Description
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
Prepare food and beverages according to McDonald’s quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Take customer orders, process payments, and ensure order accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the kitchen, service counter, dining area, and restaurant premises.
Follow standard operating procedures for food preparation, cooking, packaging, and serving.
Ensure product availability and follow proper stock rotation and food waste control practices.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
Respond to customer queries politely and support effective complaint resolution.
Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge, service quality, and operational skills.
Support daily restaurant activities and contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and business targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
