About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, performance analytics, and audience engagement, along with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor social media platforms to identify emerging trends, viral content, and audience preferences.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics, engagement rates, reach, impressions, and audience growth.
Prepare performance reports and generate data-driven insights to improve content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with content, design, and creative teams to optimize social media content and overall platform performance.
Stay updated on platform algorithms, digital trends, audience behavior, and industry best practices.
Support content publishing and scheduling to ensure consistency across social media platforms.
Recommend strategies to improve audience engagement, reach,



and overall social media performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
Proficiency in social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, InVideo, VN, or similar applications.
