Core Responsibilities
Installation Supervision: Oversee the physical installation of ELV systems—including structured cabling (copper & fiber), CCTV, access control, fire alarm/detection, BMS (Building Management Systems), and EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring Systems). [1, 2, 3]
Drawing & Spec Review: Interpret and verify architectural/ELV shop drawings, single-line diagrams, Riser diagrams, and technical specifications. [1, 2, 3]
Team & Vendor Management: Assign daily tasks, guide technicians and contractors, and monitor work output on site. [1, 2]
Quality Assurance & Inspections: Conduct regular quality checks on cable tray routing, labeling, termination, and equipment mounting. [1, 2, 3]
Testing & Commissioning: Support continuity testing, loop testing, integration checks,



and sign-offs prior to client handover. [1, 2, 3]
Inter-Trade Coordination: Coordinate ELV installations with electrical (MV/LV), HVAC, MEP, and IT teams to prevent clash conflicts. [1, 2]
Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety rules, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and local fire/electrical regulations. [1, 2]
Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports, punch lists, RFIs (Requests for Information), and "as-built" drawings. [1, 2, 3]

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
