Job Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Plan campaigns for lead generation, sales, engagement, and brand awareness.
Create and manage audiences, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and ad sets.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and audiences.
Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad content.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Manage budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI.
Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, tools, and policies.

Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Social Media Marketing.
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
Analytical and creative mindset.
Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking is an advantage.
