HR Generalist (Honda)

Experience: Minimum 1 year as an HR Generalist
Industry: Automobile experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Handle the complete employee life cycle, from joining to exit formalities.
Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, and applicable labour laws.
Manage daily attendance, leave records, overtime, and attendance regularisation.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, and full and final settlements.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation.




Prepare HR MIS reports and ensure timely completion of HR activities.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist.
Automobile industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
Valuable communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll systems preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
