Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, or chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.




Follow customer service guidelines and quality standards.
Achieve assigned productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements
HSC or graduate qualification.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns calmly.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
