Job Summary
Handle TPA and insurance-related processes, including cashless and reimbursement claims.
Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, patients, and hospital departments.
Manage pre-authorisation, approvals, query resolution, and final claim submission.
Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of claims.
Follow up on pending approvals, deductions, and settlements.
Maintain accurate records of TPA cases and claim status.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a hospital TPA/insurance department.
Good knowledge of TPA claim and cashless processes.
Solid communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a hospital environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
