Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products, services, offers, and pricing clearly.
Generate leads and convert interested customers into sales or appointments.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Answer customer questions and handle basic complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
Update customer information in CRM or company databases.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with sales and customer-service teams when required.
Maintain a polite, confident, and skilled telephone manner.

Common requirements: Valuable communication skills, basic computer knowledge, convincing/negotiation skills, fluency in required languages, and the ability to handle rejection and work toward targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
