Responsibilities
Manage client requirements post order placement and ensure smooth execution till payment
collection.
Maintain robust relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and after-sales
support.
Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints, coordinating with internal teams when required.
Act as the main point of contact and provide accurate information on products and services.
Ensure regular communication with clients via calls and emails.
Requirements / Skills
Graduation preferred (Commerce/Business or related field).
Experience in CRM, customer support, or sales coordination preferred.
Solid communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Polite, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
