Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations in our gold manufacturing firm. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, GST, TDS and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries, including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate records of gold purchases, issues, receipts, transfers, and finished goods.
Reconcile physical gold stock with accounting and inventory records.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, delivery challans, and payment vouchers.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance.
Maintain cash books, ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts.




Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
Coordinate with management, auditors, and other departments.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial records.

Qualifications and Requirements
B.Com or M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Experience in gold manufacturing, jewellery, bullion, or a similar industry will be an advantage.
Valuable working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
Solid numerical skills, honesty, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
