Source candidates for domestic IT and Non-IT requirements.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
Search for candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and alternative sourcing methods.
Conduct initial candidate screening and check experience, salary expectations, and availability.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
Manage multiple job requirements and maintain candidate databases.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Freshers interested in recruitment can apply.
Candidates with recruitment internship experience will be considered.
Must currently reside in Pune.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
