Job Description

We are looking for experienced US Process Payroll professionals with solid communication skills and hands-on experience in payroll operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling payroll-related queries, resolving employee/customer concerns over voice, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Key Requirements
2+ years of relevant US Payroll experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of payroll processes
Ability to handle customer/employee queries over voice
Solid problem-solving and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace.

Required skills & Qualifications
Excellent English Verbal communication skills.
Only US Process Experience candidates can apply(min 2 years)
