Job Description:
Generate leads and identify current business opportunities in the construction sector.
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable construction solutions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle site visits, client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with the project and execution teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Maintain sales reports, leads, and customer records.

Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in construction / real estate / building materials sales.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Solid lead-generation and follow-up skills.

Location: Chennai

Department: Sales & Marketing (CONSTRUCTION)
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Knowledge of the local construction/real-estate market is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
