Key Responsibilities:
Team Acquisition: Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing team of insurance advisors and partners.
Business Development: Drive life insurance sales targets and expand market reach in the assigned region.
Mentorship & Training: Guide team members on sales strategies, product positioning, and client relationship management.
Institutional Leverage: Utilize Kotak's established infrastructure, digital tools, and processes to scale business operations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, professionals, internal stakeholders, and other relevant business networks.

Candidate Profile:
Experience: 10 to 15+ years of preferred professional experience, specifically in team management, sales, or business leadership across various industries.
