Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of 4–5 cost segregation engineers
Work closely with U.S.-based managers and clients on projects and deliverables
Review and oversee cost segregation studies for technical accuracy and quality
Handle project allocation, timelines, reviews, and team coordination
Provide technical guidance and resolve issues within the team
Maintain strong communication with U.S. management and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
Continuously improve processes, quality, and team efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in cost segregation engineering
Good working knowledge of RSMeans, Marshall Valuation Service (MVS), and construction cost/takeoff software
Solid understanding of construction costs, building components, and cost segregation methodologies
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable leading a team and independently interacting with U.S.-based managers
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and make decisions
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
