Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed electrical estimates based on tender drawings and specifications.
Perform Quantity Take-Off (QTO) from electrical drawings.
Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and rate analysis.
Estimate material, labor, and project costs.
Prepare and submit tender documents.
Review electrical layouts, SLDs, lighting, power, and cable routing drawings.
Coordinate with project execution teams.
Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations.
Prepare technical and commercial comparison statements.
Maintain estimation records and project cost reports.
Prepare Client Billing & Contractor Billing.
