We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Telecaller – Verification to conduct verification calls, validate information provided by customers, dealers, vendors, and other stakeholders, and maintain accurate records. The candidate should have positive communication skills, a qualified telephone manner, and the ability to handle calls efficiently while ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, vendors, and other stakeholders for information verification.
Verify personal details, business information, contact details, addresses, and other relevant documents as required.
Follow up with individuals to obtain missing information or clarify inconsistencies.
Maintain accurate call logs, verification records,



and daily status reports.
Update verification outcomes and relevant details in company systems, CRM tools, or Excel trackers.
Escalate suspicious, incomplete, or inconsistent information to the concerned team.
Ensure confidentiality of customer and business information.
Meet daily calling targets and verification turnaround timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of verification processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
