Roles & Responsibilities
Understand client job requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
Screen candidate resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets with guidance from senior recruiters.

Skills Required




Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Willingness to learn recruitment and talent sourcing.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Freshers with an interest in HR and recruitment are welcome.

Eligibility
Graduate in any stream; HR or management graduates preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Training and guidance will be provided.
