Plan and supervise shift-wise production activities as per the production schedule.
Ensure production targets are achieved within specified time, quantity and quality standards.
Monitor batch manufacturing activities and ensure adherence to approved manufacturing procedures.
Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, pH, flow, level and reaction time.
Ensure proper operation of reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, pumps and other production equipment.
Coordinate with Production Planning, QC, QA, Maintenance, ETP/MEE and Utility departments.
Ensure proper material availability before starting production activities.
Minimize production losses, downtime, rejection and process deviations.
Pay: ₹10,113.21 - ₹50,418.20 per month
