Quality & Safety Control: Enforce safety guidelines (such as 5S or ISO standards) and run quality checks to minimize defects and rejections.
Production Planning: Schedule daily output targets, manage raw material inventory, and oversee equipment maintenance.
Troubleshooting: Resolve machine breakdowns, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with maintenance and supply chain teams.
Data & Reporting: Track production metrics, manage ERP/MRP systems (like SAP),

Core Requirements & Skills
Education: A Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
