We are looking for a customer-focused and professional Customer Care Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or support. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain customer records and update relevant information.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care, positive communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and solid problem-solving abilities.

Salary: As per company standards, based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
