Roles and Responsibilities
Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, and range of motion.
Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training.
Assist patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, strokes, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Manage patients with back pain, neck pain, joint pain, and sports-related injuries.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
Support patients in improving balance, coordination, flexibility, and muscle strength.
Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare specialists.
Ensure patient safety and follow infection control protocols.
Guide patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques.
Maintain skilled standards and follow healthcare facility policies.
