Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities. The candidate should have solid knowledge of taxation, accounting principles, and financial processes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts, ledger entries, and financial records using Tally.
Process accounting transactions, vouchers, and journal entries.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding balances.
Assist with GST, TDS, and TCS calculations, filings, and statutory compliance.
Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS statements.
Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal teams for accounting and compliance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
1– 3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience in Tally, ERP systems, or similar accounting software
Positive understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation
Proficiency in MS Excel & google sheet
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
